摘要
为提升风送式喷雾机的雾滴射程,基于雾滴运动、碰撞和破碎方程,采用数值模拟和正交试验法,探讨了喷嘴的分布直径、数量、方向、孔径和喷雾压力对喷雾机雾滴射程的影响。结果表明:风送式喷雾机的雾滴运动分别经历喷射、沉降和漂移3个阶段,各阶段距离之比接近3∶1∶1,喷射段决定了雾滴射程的大小,雾滴有效作用范围为最大射程的77%~100%;影响雾滴射程的主次因素依次为工作压力、分布直径、喷嘴孔径、喷嘴角度和喷嘴数量。
To improve the droplet range of air-blast sprayer,based on the equations of droplet movement,collision and breakage,the effects of distribution diameter,number,direction,hole diameter of nozzles and spray pressure on droplet range of the air-blast sprayers were discussed by using numerical simulation and orthogonal experiment.The results show that the droplet movement of the air-blast sprayers has experienced three stages of spray,settlement and drift respectively,and the distance ratio of each stage is close to 3∶1∶1.The spraying section determines the size of the droplet range,and the effective range of the droplet is from 77%to 100%of the maximum range.The primary and secondary factors affecting the droplet range are working pressure,distribution diameter of nozzle,nozzle diameter,nozzle angle and nozzle number.
