摘要
大数据时代编辑出版工作依据数据决策越来越多,一方面可以确保出版工作的系统性和科学性;另一方面也可以激发编辑主体的能动性和积极性。编辑胜任力模型的建立有助于编辑从能力取向转变为胜任力特征,这种关联性还有利于出版机构设计更为有效的考评激励方法,实现精准合理的人岗匹配,提升编辑出版工作的经济效益与社会效益,也可以使编辑获得更实际的职业规划愿景,规避职业倦怠。
In the era of big data,editing and publishing makes decisions largely depending on data,which can ensure the systematicness and scientificity of publishing work on the one hand;On the other hand,it can also stimulate initiative and enthusiasm of editorial subject.Building competency model can help shift from ability orientation to competence characteristics,this correlation also can help publishing organization design more effective evaluation method,realize accurate and reasonable post allocation and improve the economic and social benefits of editing and publication.Likewise,it can make the editors obtain more practical career planning,avoid career burnout.
