基于大规模新能源接入的电网规划风险预警系统研究 被引量:2

摘要 在传统能源日渐枯竭的情况下,电网规划风险预警出现较大误差,不再适用于新形势下的电网规划,设计一种考虑大规模新能源接入的电网规划风险预警系统。设计两种服务器,实现通信模块的系统通信功能。设计一个由电源电路、处理器芯片等构成的处理器模块,完成系统硬件设计。在软件设计中,通过分解分析法实现风险识别,完成风险识别模块的设计。构建电网规划风险评估体系,实现风险评估模块功能;设计优质的数据库表,完成数据库模块设计。通过风险预警模型的构建实现预警模块功能;通过风险控制策略的制定完成风险规避模块的设计。测试设计系统的预警性能表明,设计系统能够实现良好的电网规划风险预警效果,实现了系统设计目标。 In the case of the gradual depletion of traditional energy,the risk early warning system of power grid planning is no longer applicable to power grid planning in the new situation because of the large error.A power grid planning risk early warning system considering large-scale new energy access was designed.Two kinds of servers were designed to realize the system communication function of the communication module.A processor module composed of power circuit and processor chip was designed to complete the hardware design of the system.In the software design,risk identification was realized through decomposition analysis,and the design of risk identification module was completed.Built the risk assessment system of power grid planning and realized the function of risk assessment module;Designed high-quality database tables and completed database module design.The function of early warning module was realized through the construction of risk early warning model;The design of risk aversion module was completed through the formulation of risk control strategy.The early warning performance of the test design system showed that the design system could achieve a good early warning effect of power grid planning risk,and achieve the system design goals.
