摘要 为监测矿区变电站运行全过程信息是否存在异常,设计了矿区变电站运行全过程信息监测系统。主要通过传感器节点采集高压开关与变压器运行全过程信息,将所采集的信息通过ZigBee无线网络传输至数据处理层;将监测数据解析重组,对所采集的高压开关与变压器运行信息进行分类整理后发送至数据管理层;管理人员可以在此层监控主机中,判断高压开关与变压器运行信息是否越限,如果越限便会传输报警信号发送至预警层实施声光报警。此外,系统使用基于RETX值的ZigBee无线网络路由选择方法,选取最可靠、最匹配的监测信息传输路由,优化矿区变电站运行全过程信息监测信息传输效果。经测试,该系统可有效监测矿区变电站运行全过程信息,且系统网络的信息传输吞吐率显著。 In order to monitor whether the information in the whole process of substation operation in mining area is abnormal,the information monitoring system in the whole process of substation operation in mining area was designed.It mainly collected the whole process information of high-voltage switch and transfer mode through sensor nodes,and transmitted the collected information to the data processing layer through ZigBee wireless network;analyzed and reorganize the monitoring data,sort out the collected operation information of high-voltage switch and transfered and send it to the data management level;managers could monitor the host at this level to determine whether the operation information of high-voltage switch and transformer was out of limit.If the limit was exceeded,they would transmit alarm signals to the early warning layer for audible and visual alarm.In addition,the system used ZigBee wireless network routing method based on RETX value to select the most reliable and matching monitoring information transmission route,and optimized the transmission effect of monitoring information during the whole process of mining substation operation.Through testing,the system could effectively monitor the whole process information of substation operation in the mining area,and the information transmission throughput of the system network was significant.
