摘要
介绍了直升机红外隐身涂料的应用价值,对红外隐身涂料施工工艺与隐身性能的关系、与常规直升机底面漆的相容性以及综合物化性能进行了研究,并对现场施工中出现的一些问题进行了总结。研究结果表明,采用较低的黏度、单道薄涂的方法施工,可以得到发射率更低且综合性能优良的红外隐身涂层,同时通过精准配比,可以有效规避施工中常见的外观及性能问题。
This paper introduced the application value of helicopter infrared stealth coatings,studied the relationship between construction technology and stealth performance,the compatibility with conventional helicopter primer and finish,and the comprehensive physical and chemical properties.Some problems in on-site construction were summarized.The research results showed that the infrared stealth coatings with lower emissivity and excellent comprehensive performance could be obtained by using the method of lower viscosity and lower thickness of a single layer.At the same time,the common appearance and performance problems in construction could be effectively avoided through accurate proportioning.
