摘要
以深中通道沉管隧道钢壳的智能喷涂应用为例,介绍和论述大型钢结构智能喷涂方案实施过程中的工艺参数优化,结合所使用的油漆品种,以理论数据和试验数据作为对比,从而选择出最优的智能喷涂工艺参数,为今后大型钢结构智能喷涂方案的实施提供一定的依据。
This paper took the intelligent spraying application of steel shells in Shenzhen-Zhongshan Bridge sunken pipe tunnels as the example,introduced and discussed the optimization of process parameters in the implementation of the intelligent spraying scheme of large-scale steel structures.Combined with the used paint varieties,the theoretical data and test data were compared so as to select the optimal intelligent spraying process parameters.This provides a basis for the implementation of the intelligent spraying scheme of large-scale steel structures.
