摘要
垃圾焚烧发电厂通常采用汽轮机抽汽或汽包抽汽作为一次风加热热源,不同热源对于空气加热的效果和全厂经济效益的影响不同。以1台750 t/d生活垃圾焚烧炉的锅炉热平衡和汽机热平衡计算为基础,通过对比一次风空气预热器采用不同汽源时锅炉蒸发量、汽轮机发电量等数据,分析了空气预热器汽源选择、采用空气预热器疏水过冷技术对锅炉及全厂运行的影响。结果表明:采用汽包抽汽比汽轮机抽汽发电量会降低1%~2%,采用疏水过冷技术可提高2‰发电量。在选择生活垃圾焚烧项目空气加热汽源时宜优先采用汽轮机抽汽并结合疏水过冷技术以实现节能提效和稳定运行的效果。
Waste incineration power plants usually use steam turbine extraction or steam drum extraction as the heat source for primary air heating.Different heat sources have different effects on the air heating effect and the economic benefits of the whole plant.This article is based on the boiler thermal balance and turbine heat balance calculation of a 750 t/d municipal solid waste incinerator.By comparing data such as boiler evaporation,turbine generating capacity with different steam source which used by primary air preheater,the influence of air preheater steam source selection and air preheater drainage subcooling technology on the boiler and power plant operation are analyzed.The results show that the power generating capacity of steam drum extraction will be reduced by 1%~2%compared with that of steam turbine extraction,and drainage subcooling technology can increase power generating capacity by 2‰.When selecting the air heating steam source for waste-to-energy projects,it is advisable to give priority to steam turbine extraction combined with drainage subcooling technology to achieve the effect of energy saving,efficiency improvement and stable operation.
