摘要
针对区域产业集群创新的服务效能进行测度,寻找更为全面的区域产业集群的服务效能评价方法,对于区域内产业集群相关产业管理,提升服务产业的服务质量和企业满意度具有重要意义。本文通过对国内外服务能效评价方法进行回顾。在此基础上选取了8个具有代表性的产业集群城市,运用熵权法确定指标权重。最终构建起我国生物医药类产业集群评价模型;按照模型计算出我国具有代表性的8个产业集群城市的综合得分,并对其进行排名;最后进行分析得出结论,从而提出提高产业集群服务效能的创新举措。
Measuring the service efficiency of innovation of regional industrial cluster and exploring a more comprehensive approach to evaluating the service efficiency of regional industrial cluster play an important role in managing related industries within regional industrial cluster,increasing the service quality of service industry and improving satisfaction of enterprise.Based on the review of evaluation method of service efficiency both at home and abroad,this paper chooses eight representative cities with industrial clusters and uses the entropy weight method to determine index weight.The paper establishes an evaluation model for the medical industrial cluster in China.According to the model,the paper calculates the combined scores of those eight cities and ranks them.Then the paper reaches conclusion based on analysis,with an aim to innovate the service efficiency of industrial cluster.
