物流是畅通国民经济循环的重要环节,物流行业是支撑国民经济发展的基础性产业,与宏观经济增长的协同性高。根据中国物流与采购联合会公布的数据,我国社会物流总费用逐年增长,体现了我国社会经济活动对物流服务的强劲需求。由于物流企业面临着越发激烈的竞争环境,使得行业内企业业务转型十分频繁,因此本文选择2018年正式进入快递市场的德邦快递作为案例分析对象,研究了其业务转型的动因以及风险,并据此提出了相应的对策。

Logistics is an important link in the smooth circulation of the national economy.The logistics industry is a basic industry that supports the development of the national economy and has high synergy with macroeconomic growth.According to the data released by china Federation of Logistics and Purchasing,the total cost of social logistics in China has increased year by year,reflecting the strong demand for logistics services in social and economic activities.Due to the increasingly fierce competition environment faced by logistics enterprises,the business transformation of enterprises in the industry is very frequent.Therefore,this paper selects Debon Express,which officially entered the express delivery market in 2018,as the case analysis object,and studies the motivation and risks of its business transformation.Corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
