在支撑《国际战略学》教学的前沿科研中,结合新国发2号文件赋予贵州数字经济发展创新区的战略地位,探讨双循环新发展格局下贵州数字经济发展现状,将对《国际战略学》的教学内容形成重要前沿支撑。当前国际局势风谲云诡,面对严峻的内外部发展环境,贵州数字经济发展顺应双循环新发展格局,取得成效的同时也面临较多发展阻力。厘清贵州数字经济在以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局下所具备的发展动力及发展阻力,发挥已有政策红利、数据中心、数字贸易三大动力,克服人才不足、内驱力不足、国际局势不稳定等多重阻力,助力贵州数字经济在变幻莫测的国际局势下行稳致远,进而有为。

Among the frontier scientific research supporting the teaching of International Strategy,this paper discusses the current situation of Guizhou's digital economy development under the new development pattern of double cycle,which will form an important frontier support for the teaching content of International Strategy.The current international situation is treacherous,and in the face of the severe internal and external development environment,the development of Guizhou's digital economy is in line with the new double-loop development pattern,and while it has achieved results,it also faces more resistance to development.To clarify the development momentum and resistance of Guizhou's digital economy under the new development pattern of domestic circulation as the main body and domestic and international double circulation to promote each other,this article brings into play the three major dynamics of policy dividend,data center and digital trade,and overcomes multiple resistance such as insufficient talents,insufficient internal drive and unstable international situation,so as to help Guizhou's digital economy to move steadily and far under the unpredictable international situation.
