乡村振兴背景下少数民族地区农村公共产品供给质量提升路径研究--以贵州省松桃县为例

Research on the Path to Improve the Supply Quality of Rural Public Goods in Ethnic Minority Areas under the Background of Rural Revitalization——Taking Songtao County,Guizhou,as an Example

长期以来,贵州省少数民族地区由于地理环境、历史发展等因素的影响,经济增长缓慢,农村公共产品的供给问题尤为突出。为了深入了解贵州省少数民族地区农村公共产品的供给状况,促进少数民族地区农村经济和谐发展,以贵州省松桃县为例,结合实际调查和相关统计数据,对当地农村公共产品供给问题进行审视和剖析,发现农村公共产品供给总量不足、供给主体单一、供给结构不平衡以及监督决策机制不完善等问题仍然制约着农村公共产品的有效供给。破除这些障碍,弥补供给缺口,提升供给质量,对于解决新时代农村发展的主要矛盾,顺利实施乡村振兴战略,意义重大而深远。

For a long time,due to the geographical environment,historical development and other factors,the economic growth in Guizhou minority areas has been slow,and the supply of rural public goods is particularly prominent.In order to deeply understand the supply of rural public goods in ethnic minority areas of Guizhou Province and promote the harmonious development of rural economy in ethnic minority areas,Songtao County,Guizhou Province,is taken as an example to examine and analyze the supply of local rural public goods in combination with work practice and relevant statistical data.It is found that the total supply of rural public goods is insufficient,the supply subject is single Unbalanced supply structure and imperfect supervision and decision-making mechanism still restrict the supply of rural public goods.Breaking these barriers,making up the supply gap and improving the supply quality are of great significance for solving the main contradictions of rural development in the new era and successfully implementing the rural revitalization strategy.
