摘要
本文基于自我决定理论,从新生代员工的个体内在视角入手,以创新自我效能感为中介变量,以情绪智力为调节变量,研究了服务型领导对新生代员工创新行为的影响。通过研究新生代员工,结果显示:服务型领导能够正面影响新生代员工的创新行为;创新自我效能感中介调节服务型领导与新生代员工创新行为之间的关系;而情绪智力则正向调节了创新自我效能感与新生代员工创新行为之间的关联,从而揭示了服务型领导对新生代的员工创新行为的影响机制这一"黑箱"。
Based on the self-determination theory,this paper studies the influence of service-oriented leadership on the innovative behavior of the new generation of employees from the perspective of the new generation of employees,with innovative self-efficacy as the mediating variable and emotional intelligence as the moderating variable.Through the study of the new generation of employees,the results show that:service-oriented leadership can positively influence the new generation of employees'innovative behavior;Innovation self-efficacy mediates the relationship between service-oriented leadership and innovative behavior of the new generation of employees;On the other hand,emotional intelligence positively moderates the association between innovative self-efficacy and innovative behaviors of the new generation of employees,thus revealing the"black box"of the influence mechanism of service-oriented leadership on innovative behaviors of the new generation of employees.
