回收商资金约束下考虑企业社会责任的闭环供应链定价决策

Closed-Loop Supply Chain Pricing Decision with Corporate Social Responsibility under Recycler Capital Constraint

面向第三方回收的闭环供应链,研究回收商资金不足且制造商承担社会责任(CSR)对供应链定价策略的影响。分别构建回收商进行银行融资和制造商融资情形下的闭环供应链模型。采用逆向归纳法,得出两种情形下的最优批发价格、最优零售价格和最优废旧产品回收率。研究表明,制造商实施CSR行为有利于降低批发价格和零售价格,提高废旧产品回收率;在一定条件下,最优批发价格和零售价格关于贷款利率递增,最优废旧产品回收率关于贷款利率递减。从最大化社会总福利的角度出发,制造商应积极承担CSR。此外,当银行贷款利率和制造商贷款利率相等时,选择银行融资可以实现更高的社会总福利。

For the closed-loop supply chain with third-party recycling,we study the impact of the recycler’s insufficient funds and the manufacturer’s corporate social responsibility(CSR)on the supply chain pricing strategy.Build the closed-loop supply chain model under the conditions of bank financing and manufacturer financing.Using the backward induction,the optimal wholesale price,the optimal retail price and the optimal recycling rate of waste products are obtained in three cases.The research shows that the implementation of CSR by the manufacturer is conducive to reducing wholesale and retail prices and improving the recycling rate of waste products.Under certain conditions,the wholesale price and retail price increase with the loan interest rate,and the recovery rate of waste products decreases with the loan interest rate.From the perspective of maximizing total social welfare,the manufacturer should actively undertake CSR.In addition,when the bank’s interest rate is equal to the manufacturer’s interest rate,choosing bank financing can achieve higher total social welfare.
