摘要
城市流动商贩问题是我国各大城市在管理过程中所面临的主要问题之一。近年来,多数城市的城管部门主要采取打压取缔政策来治理流动商贩,并且在整治的过程中时常出现暴力执法等问题,治理效果不佳。泰安市X街道的流动商贩治理具有较强的典型性,本文以泰安市X街道为例,分析流动商贩治理过程中存在的问题,并提出城市流动商贩的治理对策,为城市流动商贩治理提供政策参考。
The problem of urban Itinerant traders is one of the main problems in the management of major cities in China.In recent years,urban management departments in most cities have mainly adopted policies to suppress and ban Itinerant traders,and problems such as violent law enforcement often occur in the process of rectification,and the governance effect is not good.The management of mobile traders in X street of Tai'an City is typical.Taking X street in Tai'an City as an example,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of management of mobile traders,and puts forward the countermeasures to provide policy reference for the management of urban Itinerant traders.
