摘要
随着精益管理在各行各业中的广泛应用,不仅提升了各行业的管理水平,也助力国资国企干部教育工作取得长足发展。精益管理既是干部教育培训的重要手段,也是提高干部教育培训管理水平的重要基础。通过在干部教育培训管理中实施精益化管理模式,能够有效改善培训服务全流程,提升服务水平,增强培训满意度,对干部教育培训机构的发展具有重要意义。为适应新时代新要求,提高干部教育培训工作管理水平,同时提高干部教育培训工作服务质量,帮助干部教育培训机构树立良好的形象。本文从精益化管理角度出发,提出干部教育培训管理具体实施方案,并对其实施效果进行分析和总结。为后续干部教育培训精益化管理深入研究提供一定参考依据。
The application of lean management improves the management level of various industries.It helps the education of state-owned enterprise cadres to achieve significant development.Lean management is not only an important methods of cadre education and training,but also a typical way to improve the management level of cadre education and training.It can effectively improve the whole process of training services,improve service levels,enhance training satisfaction,and play a crucial role in the growth of cadre education and training organizations.To adapt to the new requirements of the new era,improve the management level of cadre education and training work,improve the service quality of cadre education and training work,and help cadre education and training organizations establish a good impression,we propose a specific implementation plan for cadre education and training management based on lean management and analyze and summarize its implementation effects.This study can provide an important reference for the research on lean management of cadre education and training.
