透明质酸和蛋白聚糖连接蛋白家族在肿瘤中的研究进展

Research Progress of Hyaluronan and Proteoglycan Link Protein Family in Tumors

细胞外基质(ECM)是阻止恶性肿瘤发生转移的第一道屏障。透明质酸和蛋白聚糖连接蛋白(HAPLN)家族是ECM的重要成分,维持着ECM的正常结构和功能。HAPLN通过重塑ECM促进肿瘤细胞的增殖、侵袭和迁移,在肿瘤的发生发展及转移过程中具有重要作用,有望成为肿瘤治疗的潜在靶点。文章拟从HAPLN家族的结构分布、生物学功能及其在肿瘤中的影响等方面进行综述,全面了解HAPLN家族的研究现状。

Extracellular matrix(ECM)is the first barrier to prevent metastasis of malignant tumors.As the important components of ECM,hyaluronan and proteoglycan link protein(HAPLN)family maintains the normal structure and function of ECM.HAPLN family promotes the proliferation,invasion and migration of tumor cells by remodeling ECM.Therefore,it plays a vital role in the occurrence,development and metastasis of tumors,and is expected to become a potential target for tumor therapy.This article reviews the structural distribution,biological function and impact of HAPLN family on tumors so as to comprehensively understand the research status of HAPLN family.
