摘要
青少年脊柱侧弯是一种青少年生长期发病率较高的脊柱畸形,不仅会影响骨骼的发育生长,严重时还会压迫脊髓,造成肢体瘫痪。目前其筛查工作缺少一种公认的高效便捷且成本低廉的方法,世界各地开展筛查工作的进展不同,对于是否应该开展筛查工作也持有不同的态度。文章对近期各地脊柱侧弯筛查方法和筛查工作进展进行综述,为青少年脊柱侧弯的筛查决策提供参考。
Scoliosis is a kind of spinal deformity with high incidence rate among adolescents.Adolescent scoliosis not only affects the development and growth of bones,but also compresses the spinal cord and causes paralysis in severe cases.The current screening for adolescent scoliosis lacks a generally recognized method which needs to be efficient,convenient and low-cost.The situation of screening for adolescent scoliosis varies in different regions,and there are different opinions on whether the screening should be carried out.This paper reviews the methods and progresses of screenings at various places recently,in order to provide reference for future screening projects.
