摘要
传统的防爆柴油机自动保护装置检测流程多为人为操作,自动化程度低,存在较多误差,且自动保护装置检测流程的各个系统模块都是独立的,无法通过时间延时和系统控制一致完成。针对这些存在的问题,本文基于原有装置的基础上,研究设计科学、准确的防爆柴油机自动保护装置的检测系统,该系统根据标准表对防爆柴油机表面温度、排气温度、机油压力、废气处理水箱水位、冷却水温度和瓦斯浓度进行检测检验,并通过对水位、温度、压力、甲烷浓度、计时等方面进行分析,检验实际工作中防爆柴油机自动保护装置的动作精准度和自动保护装置的报警延时时间。
The traditional explosion-proof diesel engine automatic protection device detection process is mostly manual operation, low degree of automation, there are more errors, and automatic protection device detection process of each system module is independent, can not be completed by time delay and system control. In view of these problems, based on the original device, this paper studies and designs a scientific, and accurate detection system for the automatic protection device of explosion-proof diesel engine. According to the standard table, the system detects and tests the surface temperature,exhaust temperature, oil pressure, water level of exhaust gas treatment tank, cooling water temperature and gas concentration of explosion-proof diesel engine. Through the analysis of water level, temperature, pressure, methane concentration, timing and other aspects, the action accuracy of the automatic protection device of explosion-proof diesel engine and the alarm delay time of the automatic protection device in actual work are tested.
