摘要
为探究刮板运输机链轮组件密封效果的提升路径,有效降低密封失效等问题,以黄陵一号煤矿SGZ800/1050型刮板运输机为例,基于当前新兴的指尖密封设计模式,应用建模分析等方法,对SGZ800/1050型刮板运输机链轮组件密封的优化设计进行了分析,并对分析结果进行模拟仿真测试。测试结果表明,此次设计的刮板运输机链轮组件指尖密封模式效果良好,有一定的推广价值。
In order to explore the improvement path of the sealing effect of the sprocket assembly of the scraper conveyor and effectively reduce the sealing failure, taking the SGZ800/1050 scraper conveyor of Huangling No.1 Coal Mine as an example, based on the current emerging finger seal design mode, the optimization design of the sprocket assembly seal of the SGZ800/1050 scraper conveyor is analyzed by modeling analysis and other methods, and the analysis results are simulated and tested. The test results show that the design of the scraper conveyor sprocket assembly finger seal mode effect is good, has a certain promotion value.
