2011—2020年河南省煤矿事故浅析

Analysis of coal mine accidents in Henan Province from 2011 to 2020

结合近年来河南省煤矿安全与生产情况,针对事故发生特征和发展趋势及变化规律,从煤矿类型、辖区类型、事故类型等方面对2011—2020年河南省煤矿事故进行统计与分析。结果表明,煤炭产量整体呈下降趋势,安全生产形势起伏不定,瓦斯和顶板事故死亡人数占比较高;地方煤矿发生起数、伤亡数量超过骨干煤矿。基于上述研究结果,对煤矿存在的问题进行分析,并提出相应的对策措施。

Combined with the coal mine safety and production situation in henan province in recent years,according to the characteristics of accident occurrence and development trend and change rule,from 2011 to 2020 in Henan Province coal mine accidents statistics and analysis from the coal mine type,area type,accident type,etc.The results showed that the overall coal production showed a downward trend,the safety production situation was ups and downs,and the death toll of gas and roof accidents accounted for a relatively high proportion.The number of local coal mines and the number of casualties exceeded that of backbone coal mines.Based on the above research results,the problems of coal mine are analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
