新时代提升高校思想政治工作渗透性的几点思考——以福建农林大学为例

提升思想政治工作渗透性,是有效开展思想政治教育活动的重要途径。从传统讲授抽象的灌输式向潜移默化融入的渗透式的转变,是新时代高校学生思想政治工作的内在要求。福建农林大学创新开展先进人物引领教育活动和“学院周”文艺活动,从拓宽渗透面、把准渗透点、讲究渗透法、提升渗透力等方面,有效提升了思想政治工作的针对性和渗透性,取得了较好的成效,为进一步加强新时代高校思想政治工作提供了经验和启示。

Improving permeability of ideological and political works is an important way to carry out effective ideological and political education activities. The transformation from traditional teaching and abstract indoctrination to imperceptible integration is the inherent requirement of the ideological and political work of college and university students in the new era. Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University innovatively carried out the education activities led by advanced people and the "College Week" literary and artistic activities, which effectively improved the pertinence and permeability of the ideological and political work from broadening the penetration area, countering penetration point, emphasizing the penetration method and improving permeability. It provides experience and inspiration for further strengthening the ideological and political work in colleges and universities in the new era.
