中西医诊疗射血分数中间值心衰研究进展

Research Progress of Integration of Chinese and Western Medicine in Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure with Mid-Range Ejection Fraction

欧洲心脏病学会(ESC)于2016年推出的心衰指南中,正式提出射血分数中间值心衰(HFmrEF)的概念,并明确HFmrEF是指左心室射血分数为40%~49%的心力衰竭,随后对于其的研究日益增多。本文从诊断标准、流行病学、临床表现等方面对这一新兴心力衰竭亚型进行系统阐述,并从中医辨证角度对其病因病机与中医治疗等进行总结,以期为今后HFmrEF的治疗提供有效的临床思路;提出将中医治未病思想用于HFmrEF患者的治疗中,旨在延缓其向HFrEF转化的进程,以提高患者的生活质量,降低病死率及再入院率。参考文献55篇。

The European Society of Cardiology(ESC)officially puts forward the concept of heart failure with mid-range ejection fraction(HFmrEF)in the heart failure guideline released in 2016,and clarifies that HFmrEF refers to heart failure with left ventricular ejection fraction of 40%~49%.Subsequently,more and more studies have been conducted on this concept.This paper systematically expounds this emerging subtype of heart failure from the perspectives of diagnostic criteria,epidemiology and clinical manifestations and summarizes the etiology and pathogensis,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment,with a prospect of providing effective clinical ideas for the treatment of HFmrEF in the future.The paper proposes to apply TCM thought of preventive treatment of disease into the treatment of HFmrEF patients in order to delay the process of its transformation into HFrEF,improve the quality of life of patients,and reduce the mortality and readmission rate.There are 55 references.
