习近平总书记在党的第二十次全国代表大会上所做的报告,不仅是新时代全面建设社会主义现代化国家的行动纲领,也是坚持全面依法治国,推进法治中国建设的行动纲领。报告对新时代十年全面依法治国取得的历史性成就、发生的历史性变革进行了总结,更加突出全面依法治国、法治中国建设在全面建设社会主义现代化国家中的地位,明确了法治中国建设的目标任务,法治思维、法治理念贯穿报告全文,开辟了马克思主义法治理论中国化时代化的新境界,进一步丰富和发展了习近平法治思想。
