新一代智能制造的架构设计与实施研究

摘要 发展智能制造不仅是我国产业转型升级的突破口,也是重塑制造业竞争优势的新引擎,代表了先进制造业的发展方向。智能制造的主要方法特征是水平、垂直和数字化的完全集成,催生了新的商业模式。针对制造行业智能制造项目的实施,研究一套基于智能制造应用标准和互联网+应用场景下的先进实施方法体系,形成了智能制造项目的实施方法论。 The development of intelligent manufacturing is not only the breakthrough of China’s industrial transformation and upgrading, but also a new engine to reshape the competitive advantage of manufacturing industry, which determines the development direction of advanced manufacturing industry. The main feature of intelligent manufacturing method is the complete integration of horizontal, vertical and digital, which leads to new business model. Aiming at the implementation of intelligent manufacturing project in manufacturing industry, this paper studies a set of advanced implementation method system based on intelligent manufacturing application standards and Internet+ application scenarios, and forms the implementation methodology of intelligent manufacturing projects.
