摘要
针对传统人工或数控专机雕刻存在的精度低、灵活性差、加工空间小及操作不便等问题,设计一种基于KUKA的雕刻机器人工作站。该机器人工作站以可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)作为主控设备实现功能控制和安全防护,通过配置双轴变位机实现与机器人本体之间的八轴联动。结果表明,带有变位机的雕刻机器人工作站可以实现高精度、高适应性、高可靠性、高灵活性以及高便捷性的雕刻作业,满足行业的更高需求。
In view of the problems of low accuracy, poor flexibility, small workspace and inconvenient operation of traditional manual work or CNC carving machine, a carving robot workstation based on KUKA is designed. The robot workstation uses PLC as the main control equipment to achieve functional control and safety protection, and realizes 8-axis linkage between the robot and the two-axis positioner configured. The results show that the carving robot workstation with positioner can achieve carving operations with high accuracy, high adaptability, high reliability, high flexibility and high convenience, and meet the higher needs of the industry.
