大口径光学模块在线拆装防卡死故障的技术研究

摘要 大口径光学模块是大型激光装置中的重要组成部分。随着激光装置进行高通量打靶实验次数的增加,光学模块会受到损伤,此时需要进行在线更换。大口径光学模块质量达到上百千克,在更换过程中主要依靠洁净保持箱和终端组件的轨道进行对接安装。随着拆装次数的增加,轨道会出现磨损或变形,在后续拆装过程中易出现光学模块卡死故障。通过对大口径光学模块卡死故障进行研究分析,提出采用“滚轮驱动+界面调控”的防卡死拆装技术,有效解决了光学模块在线拆装过程中的卡死故障难题。 Large aperture optical module is an important part of large-scale laser device. With the continuous high-throughput shooting experiment of laser device, the optical module will be damaged and need to be replaced online. The large-diameter optical module weighs hundreds of kilograms. During the replacement process, it mainly relies on the track of the clean holding box and the terminal assembly for butt installation. With the increase of disassembly and assembly times, the track will be worn or deformed, and the optical module is easy to get stuck in the subsequent disassembly and assembly process. Through the research and analysis of the jamming fault of large aperture optical module, this paper puts forward the anti jamming disassembly technology of “roller drive+interface regulation”, which effectively solves the problem of jamming fault in the process of online disassembly and assembly of optical module.
