摘要
铣削加工过程中,尽可能选用大直径刀具提高加工效率,而最大补偿刀具半径与圆弧凹槽尺寸有密切关系。通过分析刀具补偿刀路,建立刀具补偿半径与圆弧凹槽尺寸间的数学关系模型,推导刀具补偿半径公式。经过西门子840D系统仿真验证,结果表明公式准确可靠。
In the process of milling, large diameter tools should be selected as much as possible to improve the machining efficiency, and the maximum compensation tool radius is closely related to the size of arc groove. By analyzing the tool path of tool compensation, the mathematical relationship model between tool compensation radius and arc groove size is established, and the formula of tool compensation radius is deduced. The simulation results of Siemens 840D system show that the formula is accurate and reliable.
