摘要
在汽车生产制造自动化生产线的整个环节中,带式升降机与链式升降机相比有着低噪声、清洁、不需要润滑等优点,在环境要求较高的总装装配车间已逐步取代链式升降机。然而,现有带式升降机驱动滚筒主要采用键式连接,在升降机升降往复运动中频繁出现键槽及键磨损导致传动失效的情况。文章结合生产情况和设备的结构特点,采用胀紧套连接的方式,对设计及实际使用案例进行阐述。
In the whole process of the automatic production line of automobile production, the belt elevator adopted has the advantages of low noise, cleanness, no lubrication, etc. compared with the chain elevator. In the general assembly workshop with high environmental requirements, it has gradually replaced the chain elevator. However, the drive drum of the existing belt elevator is mainly connected by the key. In the elevator’s lifting and reciprocating motion, the wear of the key slot and key frequently leads to transmission failure. In this case, the expansion sleeve connection is adopted in combination with the production situation and the structural characteristics of the equipment, and the use design and actual use cases are described in detail.
