铁路客车车体结构及制造工艺的演变与展望

摘要 铁路是国民经济大动脉、关键基础设施和重大民生工程,是综合交通运输体系的骨干和主要交通方式之一,在我国经济社会发展中的地位和作用至关重要。随着国家科技的进步和人们生活质量的提升,加快铁路建设是既利当前、又惠长远的重大举措。我国普速铁路客车主要以25型车为主,自2016年底开始试制其更新换代产品,即“复兴号”系列之一的时速160 km·h^(-1)动力集中电动车组(Electric Multiple Units,EMU)。文章介绍铁路普速客车的演变过程及各主车型的特点,重点阐述160 km·h^(-1)动力集中电动车组的演变、车体结构、制造工艺及展望。 Railway is the main artery of the national economy,key infrastructure and major livelihood projects.It is the backbone of the comprehensive transportation system and one of the main modes of transportation.It plays a vital role in China’s economic and social development.With the progress of national science and technology and the improvement of people’s quality of life,accelerating railway construction is a major measure that benefits both the present and the long term.For example,China’s ordinary speed railway passenger cars are mainly type 25 cars,Since the end of 2016,it has begun to trial produce its updated products,that is,the 160 km·h^(-1)power centralized Electric Multiple Units(EMU),one of the“Fuxing”series.This paper introduces the evolution process of railway ordinary speed passenger cars and the characteristics of each main model,with emphasis on the evolution of dynamic set with a speed of 160 km·h^(-1),body structure,manufacturing technology and prospect.
