摘要 随着环境污染问题日益严峻,国际公约和法规对船用柴油机的硫氧化物排放进行了严格限制,仅通过控制燃油品质和机内控制难以满足排放要求。海水脱硫技术具有脱硫剂容易获得、脱硫效率高、设备操作维护简单和经济性好等技术优势,有较好的应用前景。选择某船用柴油机海水脱硫设备为研究对象,通过理论计算和实船应用分析表明,海水脱硫设备可以满足国际防止船舶造成污染公约(International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships,MARPOL)要求,且研究结果可为船用柴油机脱硫设备实船应用提供一定参考。 With the environment pollution was more and more serious, SOx emission of marine diesel engine was restricted due to international requirement. Traditional methods including oil control and inner combustion control could not meet the requirements.Seawater desulfurization to marine diesel exhaust is one of the most promising technologies due to its high SOx emission and easy to operate. Marine diesel engine SOx degree equipment was selected as research object. The results were obtained by theoretical calculation and ship application as follows: the SOx emission was within the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships(MARPOL) requirement. The results could provide a reference for application of marine diesel engine SOx emission degree equipment.
