摘要
针对桥梁建造过程中对接焊缝特点和检测难点,基于相控阵超声(Phased Array Ultrasonic Teasting,PAUT)和衍射时差(Time of Flight Diffraction,TOFD)检测技术的特点,开发利用两种技术进行同步检测的自动化数据采集装备。通过自动采集装备对桥梁面板对接焊缝进行PAUT和TOFD同步检测,实现焊缝数据采集的自动化,提高现场实际焊缝检测效率,确保检测质量,降低现场焊缝检测的强度和难度。
For the difficulties of traditional non-destructive testing of butt welds in the process of bridge construction, based on the characteristics of Phased Array Ultrasonic Teasting(PAUT) and Time of Flight Diffraction(TOFD) testing technologies, develop automatic acquisition equipment for joint detection using two technologies. Through the automatic acquisition equipment, the joint detection of the butt weld of the bridge panel is carried out to realize the automation of the weld data acquisition, improve the efficiency and quality of the actual weld detection applied in the field, and reduce the strength and difficulty of the field weld detection at the same time.
