摘要 近年来,激光切割加工产业不断升级,技术不断进步,市场需求越来越大。但是,很多钣金工厂面临着用人成本高、产能提高困难等问题。此背景下,激光切割加工朝着柔性化生产线方向发展,与之配置配套的自动化设备越来越多。悬臂型自动化设备及其与激光切割机配套的几种布局方案,可大幅提高激光切割加工的自动化水平。 In recent years,the laser cutting processing industry is constantly upgrading,the technology is constantly improving,and the market demand is more and more extensive.However,many sheet metal factories are facing problems such as high employment cost and difficult to improve production capacity.Under this background,laser cutting processing is developing towards flexible production line,and there are more and more supporting automatic equipment,This paper mainly introduces a cantilever type automation equipment and several layout schemes matched with laser cutting machine,which can greatly improve the automation level of laser cutting processing.
