摘要
目前,太阳能光伏发电系统广泛使用以一个固定角度接收太阳光的太阳能光伏板。这种方法虽然结构简单,但是存在太阳能转化效率低的问题。为提高光伏太阳能的转化效率,在分析光伏太阳能自动跟踪装置研究现状的基础上,设计了一种光伏太阳能双轴自动跟踪装置。该装置采用直流电机和蜗轮蜗杆传动机构分别确定太阳能光伏板方位角和高度角自动跟踪太阳的位置。与传统的太阳能装置相比,设计的自动跟踪装置平均太阳光照度提高了33.4%,有效提高了光伏太阳能的光电转化效率。
At present,solar photovoltaic power generation systems widely use solar panels to receive sunlight at a fixed angle.This method has a simple structure,but it has the disadvantages of low solar energy conversion efficiency.In order to improve the conversion efficiency of photovoltaic solar energy,based on the analysis of the research status of photovoltaic solar energy automatic tracking device,a biaxial automatic tracking device used for the photovoltaic solar energy was designed,which uses direct current motor and worm gear transmission mechanism to automatically track the position of the sun at the azimuth and altitude angles of solar panels.Compared with the traditional solar energy device,the designed automatic tracking device increases the average solar illumination by 33.4%,which effectively improves the photoelectric conversion efficiency of photovoltaic solar energy.
