摘要
钢板作为冶金业的主要产品之一,在航空航天、船舶以及汽车等行业发挥着重要作用。在传统制造过程中,钢板质量检测方式效率低、经济成本高且风险较大。此外,诸多钢铁厂在进行生产活动时,钢材的检测环节与输送环节相互独立的生产模式需要大量人力物力,降低了生产效率,增加了制造成本,使得钢材智能检测与输送一体化系统逐渐成为相关企业的重要追求。因此,提出了一种钢材一体化职能检测和传送系统。该系统由钢板缺陷在线自动检测系统、柔性自动定位传输系统、内部构件自动传输系统、板材自动传输系统以及集控系统组成。检测钢板的最大尺寸为24 m×4.5 m,质量为25 t,检测辊道尺寸为28 m×5 m,具有3D功能,输送速度为0~15 m·min^(-1)(变频调速),横移轨道(横移辊道)可输送的钢板尺寸为12 m×3 m~24 m×4.5 m,最大横移速度为6 m·min-1,含喷码系统、编码标识系统、信息采集系统库管物流管理、集控系统及2套高精度吊排等。
As one of the main products of metallurgical industry, steel plate plays an important role in aerospace, shipbuilding,automobile and other industries. In the traditional manufacturing process, the steel plate quality inspection method is inefficient,cost-effective and risky. In addition, many iron and steel plants need a lot of manpower and material resources in the production mode where the steel detection link and the transportation link are mutually independent when carrying out production activities, reducing production efficiency and increasing manufacturing costs. The steel intelligent detection and transportation integration system has gradually become an important pursuit of relevant enterprises. In this paper, a steel functional inspection and transmission system is proposed. The system is composed of steel plate defect online automatic detection system, flexible automatic positioning transmission system, internal component automatic transmission system, plate automatic transmission system and centralized control system. Maximum size of steel plate 24 m × 4.5 m, weight 25 t, inspection roller table size 28 m × 5 m, 3D function, conveying speed 0~15 m·min^(-1)(variable frequency speed regulation). The steel plate size that can be transported by the traverse track(traverse roller table) 12 m × 3 m~24 m × 4.5 m, maximum traverse speed 6 m·min-1;including inkjet printing system, coding and identification system, information acquisition system, warehouse management and logistics management,centralized control system and two sets of high-precision lifting and drainage systems.
