摘要
火电企业技术改造是目前的新型技术,通过优化物理结构或者增加新设备的方式如改良磨煤机、安装脱硫装置等实现改造。分析火电企业日常运行过程发现,企业在故障检测方面存在问题。目前有很多火电厂仍然采用固定控制限进行报错,但整个火电厂在运行中并未保持平稳运行,导致火电厂在增减负荷时容易出现数据丢失、情报错误等问题,影响锅炉故障检测的稳定性,甚至影响火电企业的可持续发展。因此,文章基于主元分析法(Principal Component Analysis,PCA)对火电厂锅炉故障进行检测分析,以确保火电厂正常运行生产。
The technical transformation of thermal power enterprises is a new technology, which can be realized by optimizing physical structure or adding new equipment, such as improving coal mill and installing desulphurization device. Analysis of the daily operation process of thermal power enterprises found that there are problems in the enterprise fault detection. At present,many thermal power plants still use fixed control limits for error reporting, while the entire thermal power plant does not maintain stable operation during operation, it leads to the problems of data loss and intelligence error when load increase or decrease in thermal power plant, which affects the stability of boiler fault detection and even the sustainable development of thermal power plant. Therefore, this paper mainly based on the Principal Component Analysis(PCA) of the thermal power plant boiler fault detection and analysis to ensure the normal operation of thermal power plant production.
