基于双目视觉的导线直径测量方法研究

摘要 查勘一些老旧或者台账更新不及时的线路时,由于台账不完整,需结合导线直径才能准确分辨型号。针对人工登杆测量导线直径存在效率低、风险高的问题,提出一种基于双目视觉的导线直径非接触测量方法。测量时,通过相机采集图像,对图像进行校正、边缘检测和特征匹配,得到特征点在左右图像中的像素坐标,利用像素坐标计算特征点之间的像素距离。根据相机的内外参矩阵和特征点的像素坐标计算世界坐标,进而计算特征点之间的实际距离。基于边缘检测的结果拟合导线边缘,计算直径对应的像素距离。此外,根据实际距离与像素距离之间的等比关系计算导线直径。经过实验验证,该方法可以快速高效测量导线直径,提高了工作效率和安全性,具有一定的应用价值。 When surveying some old lines or in an untimely updated ledger, the reliability of the ledger is difficult to guarantee.Combined with the diameter of the conductor and the number of outermost stocks, the model can be more accurately distinguished.Aiming at the problem of inefficiency and high risk of manual climbing rod measurement, a non-contact measurement method based on binocular vision is proposed. When measuring, the image is collected through the camera, the image is corrected, edge detection and feature matching, the pixel coordinates of the feature points in the left and right images are obtained, and the pixel distance between the feature points is calculated using the pixel coordinates;the world coordinates are calculated according to the internal and external parameter matrix of the camera and the pixel coordinates of the feature points, and the calculating the feature points. actual distance;match the conductor edge based on the results of edge detection to calculate the pixel distance corresponding to the diameter;calculate the conductor diameter according to the equivalence between the actual distance and the pixel distance. The experimental results show that this method can be used to quickly and efficiently measure the wire diameter,and it can improve the efficiency and safety.
