摘要
针对纸箱包装生产线码垛工作强度大、用人成本高以及效率低等问题,利用MotoSim EG-VRC机器人仿真平台进行虚拟仿真设计。首先,用MotoSim EG-VRC软件自带三维模型组件功能构建机器人,并对周边设备进行布局;其次,分析码垛工艺,设计码垛工艺和控制流程,根据流程完成轨迹规划和离线编程;最后,进行系统仿真和实现效果对比,验证机器人可达到的实际码垛效果。虚拟仿真提高了工作效率,缩短了现场调试时间,可为自动化生产线设计与调试提供有力保障。
Aiming at the problems of high palletizing work intensity, high labor cost and low efficiency in the carton packaging production line, the MotoSim EG-VRC robot simulation platform is used to carry out virtual simulation design. First, the MotoSim EG-VRC software is used to build the robot and layout the peripheral equipment with its own 3D model component function. Then analyze the palletizing process, design the palletizing process and control process, and complete the trajectory planning and offline programming according to the process. Realizing the effect comparison, the robot can achieve the actual palletizing effect, and the virtual simulation improves the work efficiency, reduces the on-site debugging time, and provides a strong guarantee for the design and debugging of the automated production line.
