摘要
采用非平衡格林函数方法,结合Landauer-Büttiker近似,研究基于Rashba和Dresselhaus两种自旋轨道耦合(Spin Orbit Coupling,SOC)的非均匀量子线中电子的自旋输运性质。结果发现,在Rashba和Dresselhaus两种SOC的影响下,这种非均匀量子线的电导表现出相当大的自旋极化现象。此外,这两种SOC的强度对电子自旋极化的大小和符号有很大影响。Rashba和Dresselhaus的SOC在电子自旋极化中起着相同的调制作用,可为全电的自旋电子器件设计提供参考。
The spin transport properties of electrons in inhomogeneous quantum wires based on Rashba and Dresselhaus Spin Orbit Coupling(SOC) are studied by using the non-equilibrium Green’s function method and landauer-Büttiker approximation.The results show that under the influence of two kinds of SOC, Rashba and Dresselhaus, the conductance of this kind of nonuniform quantum wire shows a considerable spin polarization phenomenon, and the strength of these two SOC has a great influence on the size and sign of electron spin polarization. The SOC of Rashba and Dresselhaus play the same modulation role in electron spin polarization, and the research results are expected to provide reference for the design of all electric spin electronic devices.
