基于响应面法的机械可靠性设计与仿真方法研究

摘要 在机械设计过程中,通常需要研究机械设计的可靠性。文章基于响应面法,采用应力-强度干涉模型,结合参数随机分布的特征,对机械法兰结构进行可靠性仿真,验证了基于响应面法的机械可靠设计和仿真方法的适用性,可为机械设计提供参考。 In the process of mechanical design, it is usually necessary to study the reliability of mechanical design. Based on the response surface method, this paper uses the stress strength interference model and fully combines the characteristics of random distribution of parameters to simulate the reliability of the mechanical flange structure, so as to verify the applicability of the mechanical reliability design and simulation methods based on the corresponding surface method. Hope to provide some help to mechanical design.
