摘要
通过对某航空气动作动器输出力降低故障进行排查分析发现,故障是由于装配环节引入多余物而导致的。排查故障的同时,反思产品设计过程,发现了设计上存在的不足,可为气压作动器类产品的设计提供参考。
Through the troubleshooting and analysis of the output force reduction fault of an aviation pneumatic actuator, it is found that the fault is caused by the introduction of superfluous objects in the assembly process. At the same time, the product design is reflected, and the deficiencies in the design are found, which provides a reference for the design of pneumatic actuator products.
