With the development of social economy in our country, people’s quality of life is also improving, the diet health has become a focus of attention. Catering fume is the third largest source of pollution after industrial waste gas and automobile exhaust gas. In this paper, through the study of the oil fume purification technology of household range hood, improve the quality of household oil fume removal equipment, in order to achieve the emission reduction standard of catering oil fume.
