摘要
随着我国科学技术的发展与创新,水利水电事业获得了突飞猛进的发展。水工闸门作为水利水电工程施工建设最关键的环节和组成部分,在施工制作期间,按照其制作材料的不同,可将其划分为铸造闸门、钢筋混凝土闸门以及钢闸门3种类型。在水利水电工程中,钢闸门应用广泛。为保证应用质量,它多采取焊接工艺完成制作处理,这就要求操作人员掌握焊接技术,采取有效措施控制焊接变形。文章从水工闸门钢闸门焊接出发,分析造成钢闸门焊接变形的原因,探究预防和控制措施,最大限度地降低焊接变形问题出现的概率,提高水工闸门的焊接质量。
With the development and innovation of science and technology in China, water conservancy and hydropower industry has achieved rapid development. As the most critical link and component of the construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects, hydraulic gates are divided into three types, namely, cast gates, reinforced concrete gates and steel gates, according to their different materials during construction. Generally, steel gates are widely used in water conservancy and hydropower projects.In order to ensure the application quality, more welding processes are used to complete the manufacturing process, which requires operators to master the welding technology and take effective measures to control the welding deformation. From the point of view of steel gate welding of hydraulic gate, this paper considers the causes of welding deformation of steel gate, and explores prevention and control measures to ensure the occurrence of welding deformation to the maximum extent and improve the welding quality of hydraulic gate.
