Design and Analysis of Automatic Production Line Control System Based on PLC Technology

可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)技术普遍应用于自动化控制系统,在制造生产企业的产线自动化技术升级方面发挥着重要作用。简单来说,PLC技术在自动化控制系统中的应用主要分为硬件系统构建和软件设计开发两方面。文章主要以PLC技术在自动化包装生产线的控制系统方面的设计为例,从硬件构成和软件开发两个方面探讨系统的基本设计思路。

Programmable Logic Controller(PLC) technology is widely used in the construction of automatic control system,which plays an important role in the upgrading of production line automation technology of manufacturing enterprises. In brief,the application of PLC technology in automatic control system mainly includes hardware system construction and software design and development. This paper mainly discusses the basic design idea of PLC technology in automatic production line control system from two aspects of hardware composition and software development, taking the control system design of PLC technology in automatic packaging production line as an example.
