摘要
马钢4号炉在进行提产攻关的过程中,出现了局部炉墙结厚的现象,对此次结厚的原因进行分析,并通过采取疏导边缘气流、适当降低冶强、热洗炉等措施,快速的消除了此次炉墙局部结厚。
When Masteel was raising capacity and tackling problems for its No. 4 blast furnace, local thickening occurred on the furnace wall. With the causes analyzed, appropriate measures were implemented, including edge air flow dredging, smelting strength reduction and hot furnace washing, so that the local thickening could be eliminated immediately.
