摘要 在新时代背景下,中职教师需要从学生作为低头族和爱玩的天性出发,深化教学改革,通过现代化的教学手段,运用创新的游戏化教学理念,改革教学模式,重建专业人才培养方案,重构课程标准,让学生在玩中学,学中做,树立为实现“中国梦”而奋斗的坚定信念,将学生培养成为社会需要的技能型人才,大国工匠,用所学技能为社会创造更大的价值。 In the context of the new era, secondary vocational school teachers need to start from the students’ nature of being a bowing family and playing, deepen the teaching reform, reform the teaching mode, rebuild the professional talent training program, reconstruct the curriculum standards, let students learn by playing, learn by doing, and establish a firm belief in striving for the realization of the “Chinese Dream” through modern teaching methods, using innovative game based teaching concepts, Cultivate students into skilled talents required by the society, craftsmen from large countries, and create greater value for the society with the skills they have learned.
