基于BSC的行政事业单位绩效评价指标体系研究

摘要 以平衡计分卡Balanced scorecard英文缩写(BSC)为理论基础,从财务维度、管理维度、服务维度和学习与成长四个“维度”结合当前行政事业单位管理和服务绩效评价方面存在的问题,优化设计了一套管理和服务绩效管理指标体系,以期能够为行政事业单位的绩效管理考核工作提供借鉴,提高管理和服务水平。 Based on the theory of Balanced Scorecard(SCB), this paper optimizes and designs a set of management and service performance evaluation index system from the four “dimensions” of finance, management, service and learning and growth in combination with the existing problems in the management and service performance evaluation of administrative institutions, in order to provide reference for the performance management of administrative institutions and improve the level of management and service.
