数字素养视角下未成年人与数字技术关系研究

Research on the Relationship between Minors and Digital Technology from the Perspective of Digital Literacy

高速发展的互联网和信息技术已经给未成年人带来了巨大的影响。文章从数字时代未成年人接触新技术的特点与趋势出发,立足技术接触对未成年人身心健康的影响和各种潜在的负面效应、数字素养在未来社会的重要性等共同构成的分析框架,以数字时代未成年人与技术的健康关系为目标,提出构建保护与赋能的数字素养教育体系,指导数字时代未成年人学会正确地与技术相处。

The rapid development of Internet and information technology has brought great influence on minors.Starting from the characteristics and trends of minors’exposure to new technologies in the digital age,this paper focuses on the analysis framework of the impact of technology exposure on minors’physical and mental health,various potential negative effects,and the importance of digital literacy in the future society,so as to explore the healthy relationship between minors and technology in the digital age.It proposes to build a protective and empowering digital literacy education system and guides minors to get along with technology correctly in the digital age.
