摘要
狂犬病病毒(rabies virus,RV)PV株源于1882年巴斯德最初分离的RV,经兔脑传代保存后,又历经胎牛肾细胞、BHK21细胞和Vero细胞等多种细胞适应传代,目前普遍应用的是Vero细胞的适应株L Pasteur2061/Vero 15 pass。该毒株于2005年被WHO生物标准化专家委员会纳入人用狂犬病疫苗生产用毒种库,在巴西、印度和中国等国家用于人用狂犬病疫苗的生产,为本国和周边国家的狂犬病疫情防控发挥了一定的积极作用。本文就RV PV株在人用狂犬病疫苗中的应用及研究回顾作一综述。
PV strain is derived from the rabies virus(RV)originally isolated by Pasteur in 1882,which has been adapted and passaged in various cells such as fetal bovine kidney cells,BHK21 cells and Vero cells after being passaged and preserved in rabbit brain.At present,strain L Pasteur 2061/Vero 15 pass adapted in Vero cells is widely used.The strain was included in the seed bank for production of rabies vaccine for human use by the WHO Expert Committee on Biological Standardization in 2005 and used for production of rabies vaccine for human use in various countries including Brazil,India and China,which played a positive role in the prevention and control of rabies epidemic in the countries and their surrounding areas.This paper reviews the application and research of RV PV strain in rabies vaccine for human use.
