Layered Morphologies and latent Structures-Reading Decoding and Rewriting to enhance Historic Rurban landscape is a new book by Professor Laura Anna Pezzetti,a scholar of architecture at Polytechnic University of Milan,Italy.Through the discussion of the two different concepts of"historical space"and"the space of history,"the book clarifies the author’s views on the authenticity of history and ways of re-historicization and the issue of carrier.Secondly,the book explains in detail the contents and methods of reading and analyzing historical relics,and shows the role of correct reading of history in supporting the conservation planning and design of ancient towns through design cases.
