摘要
为防范网络舆情演化复杂事态的出现,充分发挥网络媒体的不同优势,营造良好网络舆情传播氛围,运用社会网络分析方法分析传播过程中的关键节点,通过云模型评估网络舆情中不同类别媒体的网络舆情影响力。以“2020CZ奶粉事件”为例进行实证研究,运用云模型对网络舆情中的政府媒体、媒体性从业机构、知识分子媒体、其他媒体进行权重判断,进行网络舆情影响力评价分析。实证研究结果表明,网络舆情传播不同媒体相互之间的综合影响力评价等级偏高,应充分发挥不同媒体对网络舆情信息传播的正向影响力。
In order to prevent the emergence of complex events in the evolution of network public opinion,give full play to the different advantages of network media,and create a good atmosphere for the spread of network public opinion,the social network analysis method is used to analyze the key nodes in the spread process,and the influence of network public opinion of different types of media in the network public opinion is evaluated through the cloud model.Taking the"2020CZ Milk Powder Event"as an example to conduct empirical research,the cloud model is used to judge the weight of government media,media industry organizations,intellectual media and other media in online public opinion,and to evaluate and analyze the impact of online public opinion.The empirical research results show that the comprehensive impact evaluation of different media on the network public opinion communication is on the high side,and the positive impact of different media on the network public opinion information communication should be fully exerted.
